Recipe Ingredients
- Rice½ kg
- Beef mince½ kg
- Onion3
- Tomato4 to 5
- Green chilies8 to 10
- Chopped green coriander½ bunch
- Black cumin1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
- Mustard seed1 tsp
- All spice powder1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili2 tbsp
- Whole black pepper1 tsp
- Bay leaves4 to 5
- Small cardamom4 to 5
- Cinnamon2 sticks
- Cloves4 to 5
- Tamarind paste1 cup
- Red color1 pinch
- Green color1 pinch
- Clarified butter1 cup
- Saltto taste
Recipe Method
- Soak ½ kg rice in water. Then boil it with 4 to 5 bay leaves, 1 tsp black cumin and salt to taste and strain it. In a pan heat 1 cup clarified butter and fry 3 onions till it turn golden brown and put it on a side. Then in same pan add 1 cinnamon sticks, 4 to 5 cloves, 4 to 5 small cardamoms, 1 tsp whole black pepper and 1 tsp mustard seed to crackle.
